Mint Jalapeno Jelly

I know it sounds odd.  And the taste plays with your senses because Mint and Vinegar in combination is not something one naturally thinks of.  But it is an interesting flavour for the adventurous among you.  The heat level is fairly benign and as with most pepper jellies, it has a variety of uses the most common being on cream cheese with crackers.
