Chicken Wings with Apricot BBQ Sauce Glaze

Glazed Chicken Wings
Medium sized package Chicken Wings
Salt and Pepper
¼ apricot jam
¾ cup BBQ Sauce – try to find one that is not sweet
Heat oven to 350 O F.

Salt and pepper the wings. Place on a rack inside a ½ sheet pan or cookie sheet, and bake for 20
minutes. (I line the cooking sheet with foil to make clean up easier).

Mix together the apricot jam and BBQ sauce. Adjust the proportions to your taste.

Toss the wings and the glaze until all the wings are well coated. Put the wings back on the rack and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Serve.

You could also use plum jam for these.
