Vanilla Pear Jam with Pine Nuts

Okanagan Pears cooked with the seeds of a vanilla pod and pine nuts make for a smooth and elegant jam. This jam has a buttery-mouth feel  - a richness not usually found in jams.

Ingredients: Sugar, pear, sugar, pine nuts, lemon juice, vanilla, pectin

Shelf stable. Refrigerate after opening.

Eat within 6 months of opening for best experience.
