Habanero Gold Pepper Jelly

(Medium Hot)

This jelly has a medium heat that pairs well with cheeses.  The jelly has a predominant pepper flavour, that sweet/sour combination that is so pleasing, and some heat (at a level that most people who taste it can tolerate).

Ingredients: Sugar, vinegar, white grape juice, dried apricots, Habanero peppers, red pepper, pectin

Shelf stable. Refrigerate after opening.

Eat within 6 months of opening for best experience.
