Summer Love Jam

This Jam celebrates two fruits that exemplify summer to me - Peaches and raspberries.  Try the jam on a cracker with cheddar or stir a spoonful into a glass of Prosecco while you bask in the sun (or in the shade) - it's the basking that is the point. 

You can also pull out a jar in the dead of winter when summer seems long past and far in the future.
